The Banner Links Plus Package is our second tier Site Partner package. Discount Carpet Wholesalers who select this package receive the second tier listing of Discount Carpet Wholesaler links on each page. In other words, Links to these wholesalers from the carpetbuyershandbook will be listed at the top of the listing of links on 270+ sections in the CBH, just below our Web Master Plus Site Partners.
These Banner Links Plus members will be followed by Web Links Site Partner wholesalers. Location within each category will be based on date entering the Site Partner Program (i.e. The first Web Master Plus enrollment will always be top billing on every CBH Section, followed by Banner Links Plus Member and then Web Link Partners.
